In-depth look at the Paralegal profession in less than two years
Montreal, QC – August 26, 2013 – CDI College campuses in Quebec recently introduced a brand new Paralegal program, with classes starting this fall. The program covers everything needed to begin a career in this fascinating field.
According to the Government of Canada, the outlook for paralegals in Quebec is good. Several large international law firms have recently opened offices in the Greater Montreal area, bringing with them jobs for those who know the ins and outs of the Quebec legal system.
The Paralegal program at CDI College in Quebec covers general office administration, as well as in-depth looks at civil legal proceedings, provincial and federal trade law, human rights, notarial procedures and much more.
The program also includes an internship in a law firm, corporate legal department or similar legal environment under the supervision of experienced legal professionals. This 510 hour placement will give students the opportunity to gain real-world experience before graduation.
Graduates will be prepared for employment in law firms, notary offices, law courts, financial institutions, government agencies, large corporations, courts and more. Graduates can also further their education to become court stenographers.
