When asked what she loves most about teaching at CDI College, Michaela's enthusiasm is evident: "Of course, helping students achieve their dreams and goals is incredibly rewarding. Seeing them progress through the program and confidently enter the workforce is truly fulfilling."

A Prestigious Recognition: The Dental Assistant of the Year Award
Recently, Michaela's dedication was further recognized when she received the prestigious Dental Assistant of the Year Award presented by the Manitoba Dental Assistants Association. "It was a complete surprise," she admits. "The nominations come from peers across the dental field, including dentists and other dental assistants. Knowing that my work is valued not only by my students and colleagues but also by the entire dental community is incredibly humbling and rewarding."
