Richmond campus invites public to learn about this in-demand healthcare career
Richmond, BC - November 3, 2010 - Nursing is a highly respected profession and practical nurses are valued members of numerous healthcare teams. The demand for nurses continues to be high across Canada and around the world. As such, nurses need the right combination of skills and education in order to thrive in healthcare settings like hospitals, clinics, schools and long-term care facilities.
CDI College in Richmond will host an information session about the college's Practical Nursing diploma program on November 9, 2010. Instructors and campus staff will be on hand to present an overview of practical nursing and discuss how the program will prepare students to step into this career field. Participants can also learn more about campus life and other CDI College programs, as well as find out about upcoming start dates.
