More than 50 career-training programs featured at campuses across the country
Toronto, ON – March 21, 2012 – More than two thirds of all new jobs created in Canada between now and 2015 will require post-secondary education, according to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. A broad range of sectors from healthcare services to finance and administrative support will experience growth through the creation of new positions and retirements in the field. Anyone looking to acquire the credentials needed to enter these fields can learn more at CDI College’s national Open House on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at campuses in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
The Open House will provide an opportunity for interested students to learn how CDI’s hands-on training programs will help them build the skills they need to be successful in today’s job market. The event will feature guest speakers, introductions to instructors, and in-depth information sessions about the college’s programs. Attendees will learn how curriculum is developed based on input from industry advisors and taught by industry experienced professionals. They’ll be able to learn about future employment opportunities in their cities as well.In addition, attendees will get a chance to tour the campus and see first-hand how CDI College prepares graduates to enter a range of fields, including business, technology, legal studies, healthcare, art and design, and early childhood education.
CDI College strives to create a student-focused environment, offering transparency prior to enrollment, small class sizes during the program, and hands-on, continuous career services aid after graduation.
