Students pursuing careers in accounting and payroll should spend ample time researching potential employers before applying to jobs to ensure that it's a match for both parties.According to a recently released Hays Quarterly Report for April-June 2012, more career seekers are emphasizing their need for compatibility with a company over salary proposals. Hays director Nick Deligiannis told with IT World Canada that the trend is particularly rising within the accounting, human resources and office support fields. As many professionals hope to work with their employers for some time, the need to find an enjoyable work environment with is much greater.
