If a student is dissatisfied with the determination and feels the institution has misled them regarding any significant aspect of their program, they may file a complaint with the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) (www.privatetraininginstitutions.gov.bc.ca). The time limit for filing the claim is one year after the student completes, is dismissed from, or withdraws from the program.
