Welcome back to our second month of self-care here! As you know, we’ve made mental wellbeing a priority, and July is actually the month that kicks off the entire campaign. We are so excited to roll it out and hear more from you, our cherished community. Stay tuned for all the exciting initiatives we have coming up.
As social beings, we thrive on hearing each others’ stories and having a friendly ear to listen to ours. Knowing that someone else has been through something similar can inspire us and make us feel less alone. So this month, we’re taking to social media to share our stories and create a community of storytellers. Follow the hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory and #CDICares on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to share yours or check out what others are saying.
This July, we will be giving out a prize to one lucky employee per province who shares their story on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Share how you felt during the pandemic and lockdowns, how you’re feeling now that things seem to be opening up, what your daily self-care rituals are, or anything else! Make sure you use our hashtags #MyMentalHealthStory and #CDICares to be eligible for the contest.
Jennifer-Lee kicks off our very first episode of the podcast. She gives us some simple signs to look out for if we’re concerned about our own state of mind and 7 healthy habits to implement in our lifestyle. Click here to listen: https://open.spotify.com/show/2EJNikpL7McoAlSuytgcuA
