Chili Cook Off
Talk about a chilly afternoon on September 26 in Red Deer! A little rain did not dampen the spirits of Jenny Bun (CDI Receptionist) and Mike King (Associate Campus Director). CDI College Red Deer was on hand at City Hall to show their support for the United Way Central Alberta Chili Cook-Off!

Fall Job Fair
CDI College Red Deer created much excitement at the Pidherny Curling Centre Fall Job Fair with our Spin the Wheel attraction on September 13. There were many curious prospectors coming across our booth to spin the wheel and win a prize! They had the chance to meet with one of our current students Adam to learn more about what programs our Campus has to offer.

Rice Krispie Treat Day
On Tuesday, September 18, a few of our students from each classroom had the chance to bring in their homemade Rice Krispie Squares to share with their classmates, on Rice Krispie Treat Day. Each student was able to purchase a square at the price of $1.00, contributing as a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. More than 40 Rice Krispie Squares were sold! Thank you to everyone who contributed!

World Heart Day Results
Altogether our campus had raised $160.00 in donations. Thank you to every one who contributed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation with their own personal donation. And many thanks to those who contributed to the Rice Krispies Treat Day to help us raise approximately $40.00 extra!
