6 oz. Shrimp, peeled
¼ Tbsp. Soy Sauce
½ Tsp. Rice Vinegar
¼ C. Chicken Broth
¼ Tsp. Garlic
¼ Tsp. Ginger
½ C. Red Onion
½ C. Broccoli florets
1-1/4 C. Snow Peas
1-1/2 C. Mushrooms
¼ C. Yellow Bell Peppers
¼ C. Canned Water Chestnuts, drained
- Rinse & drain shrimp
- Heat soy sauce, vinegar, broth & garlic in pan over medium heat
- Add all vegetable ingredients, stir & add more broth when needed
- Add Shrimp when vegetables are half cooked, sauté until shrimp is opaque & vegetables tender
