Fall and Winter GRILL CHEESE – Ultimate Gourmet
12 Oz. Gruyere Cheese
6 Oz. White Cheddar Cheese
4 Slice Muenster Cheese
Salt/Pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Onions, diced
1 Tsp. Thyme
2 Tsp. Rosemary
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
Bread
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- Add butter + olive oil to skillet
- Add onion, salt, pepper, thyme, 1 tsp. rosemary, sauté until brown
- Add sugar, cook until onions glazed & remove
- Spread mayonnaise over bread
- Add remaining butter, rosemary to skillet, add bread, cook until melted
