Please welcome Marie Louise Boileau to our team. Marie is joining us as our Administrative Assistant. She will be the first to greet you when you walk into the campus. We are happy to have her join our team!

The Addictions and Community Services Worker program is currently collecting donations for blessing bags for the Mustard Seed until December 15, 2020. The Mustard Seed is a non-profit organization that helps the homeless. They are accepting socks, hats, gloves, hand warmers, and scarves. Please consider donating and thank you for your support.
The holidays can be stressful, especially now with everything going on, here are a few quick stress survival strategies
- Take a walk helps to decrease anxiety, improves sleep
- Use citrus essential oils to boost feelings of well-being
- Forget perfection, do less and enjoy more
- Laugh! This reduces stress hormones
- Don’t overschedule, it’s ok to slow down a bit
